Over 400 students supported by parents and teachers gathered in the prayer circle to kick off the 2014-2015 school year. It was an incredible scene, an entire academic family coming together on a beautiful fall morning asking Jesus and his teachings to be the compass for our school year. The scene will be repeated each morning, and there is always something extraordinary about the amount of energy and excitement present in the first gathering.
The daily school assembly for morning prayer is a glimpse into what makes Holy Family such a special place. The strong sense of welcome and community, the academic rigor, and the emphasis on character formation — all made possible by a dedicated and superb faculty as well as a significant amount of parental involvement and volunteer efforts — are cornerstones of the HFCS community.
