Jason Fitch

Physical Education

My name is Jason Fitch, and I was born and raised in Arvada, Colorado. I moved to Grand Junction about 8 years ago and have not regretted it one bit. I have what I consider a lot of life experience in my career choices. I have been a firefighter, deputy sheriff, pet crematory operator, railroader, and most recently a plumber. Most of my experience has been in law enforcement where I have had many responsibilities. I guess you can say I’m a jack of all trades and a master of none. With this life experience I have gained valuable insight in all things that most consider living life. In all that I have done I have been considered a role model and mentor. Growing up in Arvada I was blessed with the opportunity to be actively involved in numerous sports and genuinely believe that I would not be where I am today without the skills that I learned while competing in team sports. I am excited for this new journey of being able to mentor, motivate, and teach our young children the joy of being physically active while building skills beneficial for a lifetime.
